Version 2.1.2 is the Authority, Knowledge and AI Visibility Edition. It adds a knowledge hub, author attribution, evidence standards, structured data, stronger internal linking and clear participation journeys for learners, employers, trainers, CSR partners, schools and institutions.

Safa Soch is seeking affiliation and certification partnerships through appropriate recognised bodies. It does not claim government affiliation or government certification until formal approval exists.

No. Training does not guarantee employment. The model provides practical learning, assessment readiness, employer introductions and documented placement or livelihood support.

School leavers, existing workers, women seeking safe livelihood pathways, under-employed youth, migrant workers and others seeking practical skills may register interest. Eligibility depends on each programme and partner requirement.

Employers can share job standards, nominate staff for upskilling, offer workplace exposure, interview suitable learners or sponsor role-specific cohorts.

A cohort can report enrolment, attendance, modules completed, practical assessments, interviews, placement activity, retention follow-up and learner feedback.

The platform separates proposed targets from verified outcomes, states certification and employment limitations clearly, attributes knowledge pages to a named author, and publishes the evidence expected for every reported result.

The Safa Soch course catalogue displays proposed duration, eligibility, fee status, funding model and next-batch status. A live batch will show the exact fee or state that it is free before enrolment.

Not every course is automatically free. A batch may be paid, subsidised or fully sponsored. The correct category and any learner contribution will be published before registration.

Scholarship or fully sponsored seats are available only when a verified partner has formally funded them. Learners should not assume a free seat until the batch announcement confirms it.

Yes. Version 2.2 provides Hindi access for the main learner journey, course information, frequently asked questions and registration guidance.

Safa Soch will publish learner stories only after receiving written consent, an approved photograph, exact course details and a verified outcome label. Fictional testimonials are not used.
