NEW DELHIPractical cleaning & housekeeping training
This notice explains enquiry data, learner Passport accounts, guided enrollment, the Professional Network, consent-controlled profiles, job applications and on-device learning progress in Game World and Skill Check.
When you submit a form, Safa Soch may collect your name, contact details, location, organisation, role, programme interest and message so the team can respond and maintain appropriate programme records.
If you create a learner account, Safa Soch stores the details you provide such as name, mobile number, optional email, city and language preference, plus a one-way password hash. Course recommendations, enrollment records, Game World progress you choose to sync, Skill Check results and verified training records can be linked to that private account.
Information is used to respond, route requests, operate learner accounts, save enrollment progress, plan training and maintain appropriate training or evidence records. Safa Soch does not sell learner or enquiry data to advertisers.
The core site and Game World do not require precise geolocation, camera or microphone access. External services you choose to open, such as WhatsApp or social platforms, operate under their own privacy terms.
Information may be shared with an approved delivery, assessment or programme partner when necessary for the requested service and where appropriately disclosed, consented or otherwise permitted.
You may request correction or deletion of learner-account or enquiry information by emailing info@safasoch.com, subject to legitimate legal, safeguarding and operational record requirements. Browser-stored Game World, Skill Check, course-match and unfinished enrollment data can be removed by clearing site storage on your device.
A learner Passport profile is private by default. A shareable profile is visible only after the learner turns sharing on. The public view is designed not to expose the learner’s phone number, email address or password hash. The learner can turn sharing off again from the Passport.
The public enrollment form asks which type of identity document a learner may be able to provide later, but it does not request Aadhaar or other government identity numbers online. Payment is not collected through the public enrollment form.
The Safa Soch Professional Network is an 18+ skills-first network. A learner must confirm adult eligibility before activating a professional profile. Professional visibility is optional. If enabled, chosen profile fields such as name, city, headline, role, sector, experience, languages and self-declared skills may be visible to other network users. Phone numbers, email addresses and password hashes are not shown on professional profiles.
To operate the network, Safa Soch stores connection requests, accepted connections, follows, structured professional posts and network notifications. Public professional posts are associated with the professional profile that created them. Self-declared skills and self-shared skill posts are labelled separately from verified training records.
When a signed-in adult learner chooses “Apply with Passport”, Safa Soch stores the selected job, application time and a structured snapshot of relevant professional-profile and Passport information such as headline, role, declared skills, open-to-work status and the number of verified training records. Contact details are not displayed on public job pages. Employer access and recruitment workflows may expand only with appropriate controls and disclosures.
For adult Skill Network accounts, SafaSoch stores the sign-in email privately, a one-way password hash, the public profile fields you choose to add, and the posts, comments, likes, follows and reports needed to operate and moderate the community. Email addresses and password hashes are not shown on public profiles.
Approved Skill Network posts, comments and public profile fields can be visible to anyone and may be indexed by search engines. Do not publish phone numbers, identity documents, exact home addresses, private employer records or information you do not want to be public.
