Compliance before fundraising

Readiness roadmap

Build the legal and evidence foundation in the correct order.

  1. 1. Confirm the legal vehicleDecide which eligible entity will receive grants or implement CSR projects.
  2. 2. Complete registrationsObtain the applicable tax, donation and regulatory registrations before publishing claims.
  3. 3. Establish governancePolicies for safeguarding, conflict of interest, procurement, finance, data and grievance handling.
  4. 4. Create a pilot evidence packCurriculum, trainer profiles, attendance, assessments, consent and outcome tracking.
  5. 5. Seek authorised skill partnershipsMap courses and approach appropriate institutions without presenting exploratory discussions as affiliation.
  6. 6. Publish certificates and partner logos only after approvalEach claim must link to verifiable evidence or an official partner page.

Interim partnership route

Corporate support can still begin carefully.

Before Safa Soch has its own eligible implementing structure, a pilot may need to be contracted as a training service, delivered through an eligible implementing partner, or structured in another compliant manner determined by the corporate partner’s legal and finance teams.

This website is not legal or tax advice. Final structure should be reviewed by a qualified chartered accountant, company secretary or legal adviser.

Public claim policy

“Working toward” must never look like “already approved.”

Government and institutional names may be mentioned as part of a transparent roadmap or public-policy context, but logos and affiliation language will be used only with appropriate permission and evidence.
