Government-aligned or recognised certificates will be represented only after formal approval and through an authorised framework.
Employment
Placement support may include counselling, introductions, interviews and follow-up. Employment decisions remain with employers.
Professional Network
The Safa Soch Professional Network is for adults aged 18+ unless Safa Soch launches a separately protected youth experience. Professional profiles are private until a learner chooses network visibility. Users must not impersonate another person, misrepresent experience, falsely claim a qualification, post discriminatory or exploitative opportunities, or use the network to request illegal recruitment fees.
Self-declared versus verified evidence
Profile skills, professional posts, Game World scores, follows and connections are not proof of competency. Verified training evidence is displayed separately and only represents the scope stated on the underlying Safa Soch training record. It must not be represented as government, NSDC, Skill India, PMKVY or other formal certification unless an authorised arrangement expressly supports that claim.
Jobs and applications
Employer listings and “Apply with Passport” are opportunity and application tools. Safa Soch does not guarantee that a listing remains available, that an applicant will receive an interview or offer, or that stated salary or employment conditions will result in joining or continued employment. Learners should verify written offer terms and should not pay a person who claims to guarantee a Safa Soch-linked role.
SafaSoch Skill Network
The public Skill Network is for adults aged 18+. Members are responsible for the content they submit. Posts and comments may be moderated before publication. SafaSoch may reject, remove, restrict or preserve content when reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance or community integrity.
No direct-message service
The current Skill Network does not provide public direct messaging. Members should not post private contact details in public discussions.
Community learning is not certification
Advice, likes, follows, posts and comments do not verify competency or create a formal qualification. SafaSoch training, assessment and certificate records are represented separately.
