Evidence before publicity

How Safa Soch validates public outcomes.

An impact number becomes credible when the underlying record, definition, period and review responsibility are clear.

01

Define

State exactly what is being measured and over which period.

02

Record

Collect the expected source document or activity evidence.

03

Review

Check completeness, duplicates, definitions and exceptions.

04

Label

Publish as a target, pilot result or verified outcome.

05

Update

Correct or revise the public record when new evidence appears.

Evidence matrix

Every number should point back to a record.

The matrix below is a reporting design, not a claim that the proposed pilot has already been completed.

Privacy and dignity

Evidence should never exploit the learner.

Photos, stories, employer details and personal records should be used with appropriate consent, purpose limitation and respect. Public impact reporting should avoid revealing unnecessary personal data.

A national invitation

Invest time. Teach a skill. Open a door.

Help practical vocational education reach people who are ready to learn, practise and grow.
