Safa Soch
CSR / FOUNDATION PROGRAMMES · INDIA

Fund a cohort.
See the learning.

Safa Soch’s CSR model is designed around transparent course costs, practical delivery, learner records, assessment evidence and follow-up rather than attendance numbers alone.

Who programmes can serve

Frontline and support workers across cleaning and facilities, homes and caregiving support, mobility and logistics, office/pantry support, gardening, waste/recycling and other roles in the Safa Soch catalogue.

Transparent funding structure

Learner contributions are intentionally low, starting at ₹299 for short foundation programmes. Sponsor-per-learner and batch pricing reflect the larger delivery cost. Programme-specific additions such as PPE, travel, meals or external certification should be budgeted explicitly.

Move from output to outcome

Where the project includes follow-up, reporting can examine completion, practical competency, retention, role progression, income change or employer feedback. Targets must be labelled as targets until evidence is available.

For international foundations

International CSR and philanthropic organisations can discuss India-based cohorts with Safa Soch. Delivery geography, safeguarding, reporting fields and partner responsibilities should be agreed before launch.
