Protect privacy
Do not publish phone numbers, home addresses, identity documents, private employer records or another person’s personal information.
No unsafe instruction
Do not encourage dangerous work, bypass safety systems or advise untrained people to perform regulated or hazardous tasks.
No discrimination or humiliation
Respect every role, nationality, gender, religion, background and level of education. Critique ideas without degrading people.
No scams or false jobs
No recruitment fees, fake job offers, misleading salary claims, credential fraud or impersonation.
Moderation
Posts and comments may be reviewed, rejected, removed or restricted. Reports are reviewed by the SafaSoch team.

The public Skill Network is for people aged 18+. SafaSoch Junior remains a separate child-safety environment without public profiles or direct messaging.
